Whether your are new to Excel or you have been using it for years, our Excel course is designed to meet you at your skill level. The three-day course is taught by our IT department and provides practical lessons is using a the sophisticated software. Come enjoy lunch while doing v-lookups and creating pivot tables.

Learn the basics of operating an excavator! During the week-long course, you will have classroom instruction, practice time on the ERS simulator, and then gain field experience on an ERS jobsite.

If you are new to the industry, our entry-level class is a perfect opportunity to quickly grow in your construction knowledge. We focus on carpentry, reading a tape measure, and industry language. The class also introduces heavy equipment and why ERS uses such a variety of heavy machinery.

The bulldozer simulator combines classroom and field experience. You will learn how to inspect the equipment, operate in various terrains, and check grade. This course is great for entry-level operators who have completed the Excavator Course.

For employees who have been at ERS longer than two months, our Advanced Contrstuction class builds on industry knowledge gained in an employee’s first several weeks. The course focuses on reading plans, using snap-ties, and building forms.

Our motorgrader simulator course is for advanced operators. Employees must be nominated for the week-long course, which focuses on fine grading, utilizing GPS software, and reading grade stakes.
