After graduating high school, Noah began his career at ERS as a laborer, wanting to learn how to operate heavy equipment. He is a natural-born leader and has excelled at developing a crew as a Base Foreman. Noah is now a Superintendent in our Roadway Division and is instilling in those he leads the same drive and pride that helped him advance his career in construction.
