With over 31 years of experience at ERS building culverts, walls, and bridges, Carsel is a vital team member as a Superintendent. His drive to teach and mold the next generation of young leaders sets him apart. Carsel is passionate about his work and is always willing to go the extra mile to help. In his spare time, he loves to hunt and camp. He looks forward to retiring and spending time with his wife and appreciates ERS for helping him work towards that dream.
