Carsel Vaughan

With over 27 years of experience at ERS building culverts, walls and bridges, Carsel is a vital team member as a Superintendent. His drive to teach and mold the next generation of young leaders is what sets him apart. Carsel is passionate about his work and is always willing to go the extra mile to help. In his spare time he loves to hunt and camp. He looks forward to retiring and spending time with his wife and appreciates ERS for helping him work towards that dream.
