Austin Webber

After graduating high school, Austin joined ERS as a laborer. He began on a concrete crew and learned the process of building culverts and bridges. His attention to detail, commitment to excellence and passion for people put him on a track to crane operator and now he is one of the youngest foreman at ERS. His natural leadership skills and appreciation for working side-by-side with his crew are an example for all of us. Outside of work, Austin is an avid fisherman but he knows his fishing time may be limited as he and his wife are expecting a son in June! We are thankful Austin chose to be a part of the ERS family!
