After graduating high school, Austin joined ERS as a laborer. He began on a concrete crew and learned to build culverts and bridges. His attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and passion for people put him on a track to becoming a crane operator, and now he is one of the youngest foremen at ERS. His natural leadership skills and appreciation for working side-by-side with his crew are an example for all of us. Austin is an avid fisherman outside of work, but he knows his fishing time may be limited as he and his wife are expecting a son in June! We are thankful Austin chose to be a part of the ERS family!
