Terrell Mill Connector

The Terrell Mill Project consist of a 1.004 mile construction of a newly relocated bypass from Windy Hill Road to Terrell Mill Road intertwined through existing apartment complexes and various stream crossings. For this project we are undertaking a new construction method, the value engineering change from MSE walls to a Gravix Wall system of over 85,000 square feet. The project will involve moving over 160,000 cubic yards of dirt. Approximately 40,000 tons of GAB will be placed under 95,000 tons of asphalt.
