Angie Sharp

Angie Sharp celebrates 25 years with ERS this month! She started her career with ERS as a roller operator in our grading division. Her hard work and commitment to quality helped her quickly work her way into a Foreman position in our Private division.

With over 37 years of paving experience, Ralph is a vital member and senior leader in our Asphalt Division. His contagious smile and work ethic serve to lead and inspire others.

Barbara started her career here with ERS as a flagger 25 years ago. She thought she had signed up for an easy job and quickly realized it was much more challenging.

Austin Webber

After graduating high school, Austin joined ERS as a laborer. He began on a concrete crew and learned the process of building culverts and bridges.

Carsel Vaughan

With over 27 years of experience at ERS building culverts, walls and bridges, Carsel is a vital team member as a Superintendent. His drive to teach and mold the next generation of young leaders is what sets him apart.

For over 20 years, David has been working with ERS in our Structures division, building bridges.

Francisco Garcia began his career with ERS as a Bridge Laborer. He is dependable, knowledgeable and optimistic.

Michael has worked for E.R. Snell over 25 years! Looking for a company that would help him develop skills and create a solid foundation to provide for his family, he began working as a laborer on a bridge crew.

Jerry Simmons

Having grown up watching his father, Hugh Simmons, operate cranes here at ERS, it was a natural fit for Jerry to join the ERS family. Jerry started his journey with us 25 years ago as a Preventative Maintenance Mechanic and quickly worked his way up through the ranks.
