Barbara Grigsby

Barbara started her career here with ERS as a flagger 25 years ago. She thought she had signed up for an easy job and quickly realized it was much more challenging. She has loved working with the company in her many positions, some of which include traffic control, shop runner, and operations, ultimately landing in the position she holds today in accounts payable. She most enjoys the sense of family that ERS has and values the relationships she has created along the way. We appreciate Barbara for sharing 25 years of her life with us and making ERS her home.
