  • Retention Bonus – hourly employees, with satisfactory attendance, are eligible to receive a $200 per month retention bonus for employee’s first 12 months of employment, up to $2400
  • Referral Bonus – rewards employees who refer qualified candidates with $100 per month for the referral’s first 12 months, up to $1200

401(k) Savings Plan – Pre-tax employee contributions along with matching employer contributions after eligible period

Profit Sharing Plan – Employer contributions to employee’s retirement plan based on company’s profits each year. This is in addition to the 401k matching and employees do not need to contribute to a 401(k) to be eligible.
