 Company Safety

At E.R. Snell Contractor, Inc. we understand the dangers of construction, but we also know that many accidents can be avoided with a little bit of precaution and common sense. That is why we place the highest value on our employees and their safety. Extensive safety training, which includes new hire orientation, specific equipment operator training and relevant weekly toolbox training topics enable our employees to work safe. In addition, our foremen and managers receive further safety management training, which allows them to recognize potential hazards. Lastly, various incentive programs designed to reward safe behaviors augment our entire program.

Construction can be a safe and enjoyable occupation, especially when workers follow appropriate safety rules and are aware of the hazards that surround them.
